CerpassRx Implementation Manager interview questions

First and only interview was with the actual hiring manager. I could tell right from the start this was not the place for me just based on the interviewers demeanor. If you are hiring for a position and specifically, on your team then you should not come off cold and uninviting. Especially true, if you are a potential employees first contact with the company. Interview went the full 30 minutes with some specific questions related to the position and my background fit and sprinkled in there were some STAR type questions as well. I walked away unimpressed and did not even bother with a follow up email regarding position.
