Ceribell interview questions

HR Round, 1 Coding Round, 1 System Architect round, 1 Tech Leadership round, Finally meeting with VP round. Gone through all technical rounds and Tech leadership round. Answered all the questions, they incessantly smile through it all, and then no offer. I walked away thinking I answered all their questions well, but then no feed back. I think this interview is their way of understanding how other similar companies operate and what all are the fields this company could improve based on other's experience. I don't think they are hiring.
