Century Support Services Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

I walked in, waited for the recruiter, they sat me down with two team leaders, and they asked pretty basic interview questions, they asked a lot about my personality so they can better understand my personality type

Before you get to the in person interview you have a phone interview, if you do well they will have you take an online test then you do the in person interview. For me there were three people interviewing me at once, which sounds a bit daunting but they were very friendly.
