Interview
It was simple, met the broker of record. Went through my 3 year plan. We discussed me future plans and how I want to move up with the company. I met a few of the staff members they were extremely sweet and so was the manager. There is only once interview after that I got a call for training and trained for 2 days and was put on the job.

Some pretty average interview questions were asked, and my interviewer was very nice. It was a relatively casual and positive interview, not a ton of pressure so I wouldn't be too nervous.

What are one of your strengths and one of your weaknesses?
Professional, efficient, and great HR team. I interviewed at their regional office and had one with HR and another one with the actual team with whom the position was with. Overall good experience.

I applied on craigslist. the next day I wen to check on my resume. The manager said she hadn't had time to look at the applications but since I was there she scheduled me for an interview the next day. I met with her and HR and on the way home from the interview she called me to let me know I started Monday!
