The process took about two weeks total. I received the first contact within the hour of applying, requesting a phone interview. The phone interview was with one person and lasted about 30 minutes. The next day I was asked to come to the office for a formal interview, where I met with four people total and was given a tour. The next day I was asked to come back the next week to meet with one of the VPs and one of the Partners. A couple days later I received an email stating that they had decided to go with another candidate.
The overall experience was one of the best I've had in an interview process. All of the questions were very thoughtful, every person I interviewed with seemed very happy and personally vested in finding the right person for the job. The culture seems very passionate about helping people rather than just making money, which was important to me. They also were very good about keeping communications fluid during the process, which I always appreciate in these situations.
