Interview
Interview with Centric consulting is wastage of time. HR time is highly unprofessional. I tried to contact them many times but they never turned up.
First round was telephonic
second round was skype round
third round was telephonic US round
After 2 3 days, they said I have cleared the round but after some days they said that they can not pay the expected compensation.

Question 1
They asked about programming concepts. Took almost 3-4 round including US round as well. All the 4 round took around 20-25 days and after selection they said that they are unable to pay.
If you are unable to pay, then you should not start the process when I asked for my expectations. Fully wastage of time.

Interview
There were 3 technical interview in which 2 were with Indian interviewer and third was with US interviewer. After completing the interview process I got an email from HR to share all the required documents and after that I had a salary discussion. Everything was fine but I didn't receive the offer latter so after 2 week I called HR and she told me that the project for which we were hiring is on hold so we can't release the offer.
It is total wasting of candidate time and I request centric consulting to don't waste the candidate time in taking the interviews if you don't have the project.
