Interview
I was interviewed by phone by 3 people, a partner at Centric, the lead on the engagement from the National practice, an HR person who screened me for personality, job fit and engagement fit. After these phone interviews, which were 20-30 minutes each, I met the partner and lead in Salt Lake City. We discussed in detail my project experience again and I was given more information about the engagement in SLC to see if it still interested me. We also discussed wages/benefits at a high level. After the interview, the 3 involved in the interview process had a follow-up meeting before selecting to hire me.
I really appreciate the thoroughness Centric Consulting has in their interview process. Great client fit is crucial to their success and they are diligent to assure they hire people that fit the client and the culture at Centric.
