Two weeks after applying I received a message on Indeed looking to schedule a call. Fast forward two days we had the call, chatted about the role and was told to expect an email scheduling a follow-up interview. That email never came, I reached out for confirm and was ignored. The next day I received an automated email stating I was not selected to interview after being told by the CEO I should expect an interview.
Pretty disrespectful and inconsiderate if you ask me. I believe doing business like this is a glaring red flag and I'm glad I didn't get the email. Obviously they're not somewhere I'd want to work and the poor reviews on Glassdoor and elsewhere are true.
