I was contacted by one of the team members after I applied and we had an initial conversation. I was told for that first the next stage they will be sending a case study that I will have to complete by a certain deadline, which I did. Something that was very unfortunate and disappointing after was that they completely ghosted me, especially since this was a company I really liked. I have tried to email them multiple times but get no response and it has been almost 2 months now since I submitted the case study. A humble request to the company is to at least acknowledge the candidates you are interviewing. A simple reply can boost their confidence in this difficult job market.
