Hi, we'd like to thank you for your feedback and thank you for coming in for an interview. All of our first round interviews are preliminary interviews and we do spend more time with applicants that we feel would be a good fit for the business. If at any point we feel like the applicant may not be a good fit for the position or if the applicant feels like the position might not be right for them that would cause an interview to be very short. I've done several interviews over the past several years and "do you have people skills" is not a question I ever ask. We do understand that most applicants that come in are also interviewing with several other companies so you might have the questions we asked confused with another company but that's okay. On the other hand "do you think this job would be a good fit for you" is something we would ask because if the applicant feels it's not, we don't want to waste anyone's time. In the first round interview we do explain what we do, how we do it, where we do it, and why we do it so there's a good understanding for the interviewee. In reference to the pay, we offer interviews an hourly wage and that hourly wage is different depending on each interview. We also have a commission and bonus structure along with the guaranteed hourly, this was also explained in the interview. We wish you the best of luck on your job search and again thank you for the feedback.
