You should respect people's time more as this is extremely unprofessional. If your vacancies are up, honour them. If not take them down or close them if you decided to go with someone internal. Just generic interview questions such as "Tell me about yourself" and "Tell me about a time when you showed leadership". The interviewer was quite chatty and nice to talk to though.
