The process consisted of three rounds. The discussions themselves were fairly straightforward and focused on basic finance concepts, academic background, and general fit for the internship role.
However, the overall coordination was not very structured. There seemed to be a lack of internal communication between HR and the hiring team. HR involvement was minimal throughout the process, and most scheduling and status updates had to be managed directly with the hiring manager.
I had to follow up multiple times to get clarity on next steps, timelines, and progress between rounds, which made the experience feel somewhat disorganized.
