Interview panel via phone/zoom. A panel of 3-4 people will ask a series of 6-8 questions over 30 minutes. Process is very rigid and follows a static format -- was told each candidate/finalist is asked the same questions, in the same order. There was time at the end for the candidate to ask questions.
