I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Centerline Digital in Jan 2022
Interview
I was approached by a senior leadership member on LinkedIn and applied. Had initial phone screen with recruiter a week later. A week after that, met with 2 account managers. A week after that, met with another team member, and 2 more senior leadership members who were really excited to meet with me and expressed that. 2 days later, they decided that 'the timing was not right.' I found it very odd that 3 members of senior leadership were not aware of this 2 days prior where I spent 2 hours meeting with them. If you knew that before, you should have cancelled the interview and not wasted everyone's time. Not only my time, but all of your employee's time as well.
3 Interview with 2 people each - all virtually conducted. Set up three different days/times. VP/project managers account people. Did an okay job with asking questions but did not cover the role in it's entirety

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Centerline Digital (Raleigh, NC)
Interview
It took a few weeks for them to contact me when I applied, but after that the process moved fast. I had a phone interview with one of the hiring managers and then was brought in to meet the rest of the team.
I was given a tour of the office which is nice and is in a nice and in an accessible part of downtown Raleigh. The questions asked of me were pretty standard. They asked about my background, what I like to do outside of work, what interested me in Centerline and Raleigh, and what is the website development process.
