Interview with Supervisors who are looking for a member to join their team. This interview was when it was still Gentiva. It has now changed but the interview is very basic. (DON'T APPLY IF YOU ARE OVERQUALIFIED, THIS POSITION IS NO REQUIREMENT OF A COLLEGE DEGREE)

Multiple supervisors and/or managers will interview you depending on which position you applied for. Each supervisor will as you questions. Many questions are in regards to scenarios you've dealt with previously.
