The initial interview was conducted with the Administrator of the home health office. It was a conversational style interview with casual question and answer format. Interviewer asked both hypothetical questions and factual questions and awaited my response.

You will have screening with HR about your past experience then 1:1 in person interview with branch director. No difficult question. Mainly for how to do patient education, collaboration with team member … etc. Interview last about 30mins.

How to do patient education, past experience, why teamwork is important
Pretty standard interview. They asked about my availability and how I handled certain situations. They also had me explain about my past work experiences. Thye discussed their work structure and OT expectations.
Interview has 2round, first round is with recruiter. Second is with branch director
They ask basic question and your past experiences. I also have a chance to talk to their therapy team member before accept the offer
