CenterPoint Energy Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

The interview was conducted over the phone, with the option to do interview via Microsoft teams. It consisted of 2 managers at Centerpoint one was located in Minnesota and the other was located locally in Evansville. Both of them had roughly 10 questions they asked.

It was just a bunch of questions via teams with two people. Not too difficult. Got offered the job a few days after the interview. Decent place to work. Good benefits.
