Center for Leadership Development (IN) interview questions

Interviewed here around 2021. The interview was with multiple people and was not very pleasant. It consisted primarily of the interviewers explaining that the job is exhausting and that nights and weekends are expected (which was fine with me). When i answered a question about my strengths, the interviewers responded with ways in which people are often not meant for the job and insinuated that too many people are inflexible. They did not identify positive aspects of the job and generally focused on negative aspects. No one was overly friendly. Following the interview, they never reached out to tell me they were going a different way. I personally would not apply here again.
