The standard interview process, starting with a telephone screening interview. I did not get past this stage. My interviewer was kind and considerate during the interview. That's why I find it so surprising that he was shockingly rude by not communicating with me anymore after the interview, even to tell me that I wasn't moving on in the process. For an organization that's all about fairness and equity - being considerate of all people, in other words - why they think it's acceptable to be so rude to people they come across like that, people who they are interested in for a specific reason, I can't understand. I wouldn't want to work there anyway. I shudder to think of how they treat actual employees if they are so inconsiderate of prospective employees.
