In the beginning I've invited to a background interview with a project manager and a short skills exam that consisted of few theoretical professional questions like: "what is wrong it this code snippet?". After about a week I've been invited to a second interview with a developing team leader and also got a four hours skills exam that consisted of programming task. For some suspicious reason nobody has contacted me for a whole two months (when I called the recruiting company, I've been told that the company decided to freeze the recruiting process). Then after two months of silence, suddenly the project from the first interview and the CTO of the company started to call my phone several times with an official offer (contract). After a couple of days for thinking, I decided to decline their offer because I realized that the is something very wrong in the recruiting processes and I should stay away of that company.
