Interview
The questions asked did not pertain to the a Tualatin job functions. It was friendly but felt like the management was out of touch with what the job actually entailed. They are looking to fill a need that they perceive rather than filling the position they actually have open. This leads to many people in the same position doing work that is far out of scope for the title they were given.
