Applied August 9 and checked the status of my application on August 14 and it was updated as "In review by hiring manager". Today is September 20 and my application is still "in review"

Scenario based type questions, comfortable environment. Interviewer was easy going , patient and friendly. Easy to fill out application. Works with your schedule. Received message from recruiter with an offer and started soon after.
