Centene Applications Developer interview questions

The interview was professional but also quite laid back. There were two people present (a hiring manager and a lead developer). Both were friendly, and I was able to have an easy conversation with them and did not feel nervous at all.

Very short phone interview. Then an on-site behavioral/technical interview with the manager and two devs over the phone. Could hardly call it technical as it was simple Java, SQL questions (OOP concepts, Joins, etc.). Also was asked a business-type of question by the hiring manager. A "requirements-gathering" sort of question.
