I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Cendyn (Boca Raton, FL) in Oct 2015
Interview
I applied for Project Management position online and received an email for customer service interview. Went to the interview thinking it was kind of a miscommunication. A woman, who even didn't introduce herself, interviewed me asking for detailed duties explanation at my current and previous positions. At the end she said they were looking to fill out their CS department, but admitted I didn't have any CS experience, and asked if I had any questions. I told her I was little confused I applied for different scope of work, and she said CSR was a good start with the company. I've never worked in CS, didn't have it on my resume, and had no interest in doing it. My background was 7 years of marketing in addition to my Project Management certificate, which is the gold standard in the industry, and as far as I knew Cendyn had no certified Project Managers. I had a question about their project management organization within the company, which the interviewer couldn't answer. The whole interview was totally ridiculous: they wanted to hire a professional for CS rep; we both agreed I didn't qualify for that "foot-on-the door" position; she couldn't answer the question I had; and she kept asking me if I had more questions for her.

Interview
The process was Simple and straight forward, they interviewed you with three different rounds, beginning with a standard screening with a phone recruiter, followed by another interview with a midlevel employee and finally a senior manager with whom I would be working with.
