Interview
The Hiring process is very similar to any other hiring process. The normal online application with a questionnaire. It started with a large group of individuals to establish a large hiring pool. They do two large groups of interviews in about two months. From that group they select the individuals that may be ideal. You then have to wait until positions become available, which took about 3 months.

Interview
I applied online , 3 weeks later I got a call from a recruiter. She asked a few questions then scheduled an interview for the next day. It wasn't as hard as I thought . Just a few behavioral questions. It maybe took about 20-30 mins . After the interview I got a call from recruiter telling me they wanted to give me an offer . Just go in with confidence knowing that job is yours ! Good luck !

I applied online and a day or two later a recruiter emailed me. Over the phone we discussed the job and the duties. The recruiter setup a phone interview for me and the hiring manager. Two days later I had my phone interview.

Average. Just be yourself. I first interviewed with one lady at open house then waited a month until they contacted me. They then called me in for a second interview with team leader & HR personal and a week later I was offered the position to start in a coupleweeks.
