It took about 3 weeks until I got the confirmation, pretty standar procces, firts HR, then supervisor, assesments, they also verify the english level for the job position. But it wasn't hard at all. Was average.

Job opening published in local newpaper. Interview and test performed by recruitment agency. About 3 interviews were performed (1 with recruitment agent, 2 with company) Assestment center was performed (6 candidates) in order to select 2 persons for 2 brand manager positions that were available. Compensation package: -Monthly salary -Standard benefits by local law (Christmass bonus & mid year bonus) -Health & life insurance -Medical & dental company clinic -Saving plan -Retirement plan -Educational bonus (up to 40% of a monthly salary) -Car plan (70%-30%/company-employee) -Performance bonus (from 2 to 4 monthly saliries depending a combination of overall company, department and individual performance. Generally only 2 salaries are achieved)
