Started with a Phone Screening including some basic questions about my background. Next phase was a panel interview with managers and engineers I would be working with directly. The second interview involved questions regarding collaborating and communicating in a multidisciplinary team, conflict resolution, and ability to balance being self-motivated and working in a team.
