Dismal recruiter. The Cella recruiter was obviously unprepared and lacked competence.
No surprise I got ghosted after an interview in which it was clear that the recruiter didn't spend 20 seconds reviewing my CV, had very little knowledge about the position's primary areas of work/focus and told me the hours per week would vary -- when that was not true.
By the way, learning that the gig might be 40 hours one week, 30 the next, etc., took a toll on my enthusiasm and motivation for the subsequent interview. To me, that made the large, very profitable employer come across as cheap, unprofessional.
After the Cella interview, I did move on to an interview with their client; the hiring manager told me in no uncertain terms that the hours would not vary.
In this day and age I don't expect much from recruiters in the way of integrity and trustworthiness, but the Cella recruiter was poor -- lazy & dishonest -- even by recruiters' ultra-low standards.
Good riddance.
