Primero se ponen en contacto por teléfono y si les gustas y tu objetivo se alinea con las prácticas te llaman para una entrevista con el jefe de departamento. Esta segunda entrevista es muy tranquila y te hacen sentir cómodo. Te hacen hablar un rato en inglés.

Interviewers were really nice and friendly and the process was pretty smooth, got one screening phone with hr first about behavioral questions call to a virtual interview with the hiring managers.

It was all about projects and experience on resume
Completed a 3-round interview process, starting with a phone call with HR, followed by two interview rounds with members of the engineering team. We reviewed my resume in detail and discussed my project experience, technical skills, and overall fit for the role.

Will got a call from HR and the HR will email you the invitation link (online interview). Then after you finish the interview, need to wait 1-2 weeks to get feedback from HR.
