I submitted my resume through my University's job placement board and was contacted via email to set up an interview. I went in for the interview and spoke with the manager and some people in the department about the requirements of the job, my interest in the position and other general topics. I was offered the position by phone later that day.

The first interview is a phone screen with HR which lasts around 20 mins. I was asked mainly behavioral questions and what I knew about the company and role, as well as given some more details about the company and job description. After about two weeks I was invited for an online interview with the manager (current interns might also be present) which lasted about 30 mins. Questions were mainly regarding my past projects, manager went through my resume and asked me some questions about the clubs and competitions I competed in. Was also asked a few behavioral questions, but no technical ones. Got an offer a few days after the interview.
