Interview process was relatively casual, felt more like talking shop and gauging culture fit — in a good way. Recruiter was attentive at first, but after an accepted contingency offer fell through (it happens!) things went downhill. While I appreciate they were trying to make something work, I felt strung along after 4-5 additional interviews (including a no-show on their end) with multiply departments only to be completely ghosted.
