1. Application: I applied via internal referral and also through the requirement portal.
2. HR Call: The process began with an initial phone call by HR, where they discussed the tech stack I was working with and the overall structure of the company I had been working for (I had 1 year of experience at that time).
3. Onsite Interview: The next step was an onsite cultural fit interview. The session involved the Managing Director, HR and a Senior Software Engineer. We discussed the projects I had worked on, the technologies I was experienced with and my competitive programming journey. They also asked a short technical question related to my job experience. The session was very interactive and pleasant.
4. Coding Test: After the onsite session, I took a coding test, which included problem-solving questions and multiple-choice questions (MCQs) on OOP and SQL.
5. Offer: The final step was an offer call from HR.
