Interview was very straightforward. I was interview by three people: PT, Office Manager and PTA. I was given a tour, asked for availability, and interests.
They informed me what that they were looking for someone to start ASAP, and for someone who could anticipate tasks and help with staff, PTs, general office cleaning and organization, and for someone personable. I informed them I have open availability.
This was the second Aide position I applied for at a different location. I kept in contact with the Recruiter who informed me to apply for this position. Two days later I was told I wasn't selected. I never received a response in regards to feedback of my interview, resume and other types of feedback, on how to improve-nothing!
I answered the questions well and was very comfortable speaking and meeting staff, so this was a shock.
I'd love to hear feedback of my interview, skills and resume to improve for the future.
My only issue is: why give applicants the runaround and waste their time? On one hand they're impressed with resume and skills, looking for someone to grow, looking for someone interested in the position. Why ask for an interview, review and understand I am competent and qualified for the job, if you have no intention of hiring me? Why waste applicant's time like that? It seems pre-arranged and that Cedars may be looking for a specific type of person for this position at this location, despite experience or knowledge.
