Interview
Two interviews totaling roughly 3 hours during which I met several senior employees and the CEO. The first interview was essentially about getting to know me and seeing if I would be right for both the company and recruitment ( I had no previous recruitment experience). The second interview was similar, but with more members of the team. I also did some quick exercises to test my sales ability. I was also told to make a presentation for the second stage interview.

Interview
Honest, to the point and met a larger number of the team at Cedar. Including member who had come in as research associate like my self and had been promoted. It gave me a real sense of career progression that Cedar provide and where you can go in a number of years.
