I've applied through a Recruitment agency with whom I did the first screening call. After that I had 2 stages' interview which were luckily very close.
The first one has been with my Line Manager and the second and final one with the CEO.

The interview was initially held online and then I was invited into the office twice, first to meet the COO and Head of Bus Dev and then to meet the CEO.
