They will ask you questions about your personal life and past experiences, and after that, they will put you in an online group interview with other applicants. They will also ask if you are willing to go to Cebu Pacific every day since the job is on-site.

Fast and streamlined, chill first interview! It was group/batch interview. It lasted for about 30 minutes for all the 4-5 interviewees. Next stage will be interview with the hiring managers.

The interview process went well but after that while waiting for the onboarding no more updates from the company itself high appreciated if they atleast give an update of the status of the application
