I recently interviewed at Cebridge for a Senior Accountant role, and it was a terrible experience. The first-round interview was in person and it was almost entirely technical, as if I had walked into a classroom exam rather than a hiring conversation (this was never mentioned beforehand). At one point, an interviewer who was the Chairman of the company told me, “you shouldn’t apply for these positions if you don’t know these,” which was as dismissive as it was unprofessional. It was so bad I had to end the interview early.
Also to top it off, the interviewers were 15 minutes late — setting a charming tone for the rest of the “experience.”
If you’re considering this company, be prepared for hostility disguised as an interview, and bring your tolerance for condescension.
