CeMM Research Assistant interview questions

It was a fast interview process and we got the decision in 3 weeks time. There was a phone interview followed by an on site series of interviews. However, the reason they refused me the position was very absurd. I was the top 2 candidate and even though the other person had less experience than me, they were offered the position.
