Usually 1 interview (should be at least 2 with different people). Questions are very basic, tell me about yourself, what was your experience, why you want to apply to this role. They do them virtually.

Interview
The interview was in-person w/the former Program Director on the phone. It was unconventional, but worked, as my position interview changed mid-stream based on some of my initial answers. I was asked about why I wanted the position, what abilities I brought from prior work experiences, and my Spanish speaking ability/level was also tested.

They asked me what specific skills I was bringing from prior employment that would be beneficial to Cayuga.
Interview was very casual. Background check took longer than I had expected. Orientation lasted 2 days, trainers were good. Started work right after orientation, being trained by current admin secretary on day to day responsibilities.
