Caxton Associates interview questions

Initially contacted by recruiter. First round is an Excel Test with 16 questions based on a set of data to be done and sent back in 30 mins. If successful, 3 rounds of interviews: 1st with head of MO, 2nd with different managers within operations team and 3rd with HR. Overall, you interview with about 6 different people. All 3 interviews within one week.

Phone call at first with hiring manager and face to face with the team. Very friendly and got time with each. Not too technical but came across very nice bunch to work with
