I applied online. I interviewed at Catholic Health
Interview
It was a lengthy interview - approximately an hr, asking a lot of situational questions about my work experience. The downside is that I had to wait a least 20 mins to be interviewed. Overall, not a bad experience.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a patient. Tell me about a time you had a difficult patient.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Catholic Health (Smithtown, NY) in Oct 2025
Interview
The interview was with 3 other nurse managers, 1 was late to the meeting and missed about 75% of my responses to their questions. The questions were the basic "tell us about yourself" and "how do you handle conflict" and similar scenarios. Overall the interview lasted about 35 minutes and was in a random side room in one of the hospital halls so people kept walking by. Didn't seem as formal as I expected, but was still a good experience.

Question 1
Have you ever worked in the service industry or had a job where you dealt with angry/unruly customers?
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Catholic Health
Interview
It was pretty good. They first did an over-the-phone interview about what position you want and asked you to tell them about yourself. They also discussed the positions that are open as well as days or nights.
