The process started out positive through HR, though upon in an in-person interview, I felt I was being treated unfairly as a woman in a male dominated industry. I was asked more about my current company than myself, experience, skills, and what I can bring to the role. I felt positive leaving after speaking with HR (female), though was sent a "we aren't moving forward" letter a few says later without any explanation.

Pooor comunications skills on the part of the people who work their,do not want to help you turn in resumes or Tests. when you do get to the interview, the interviewer says that you should be able to speak and see him because he is on, and you should be able to get into the App, wrong! I checke all the Apps online the websight cdoes not excist! Also, the interviewer was condisending, very!
