Great experience and leadership. The pay is great for an intern and their culture is amazing. I would love to work here full-time.
Everyone in the company is happy to help and eager to work with you. I believe CAT is one of the best companies I have worked for so far.

Describe a moment where you had to convince someone to take an alternate approach for a task, and explain how you were able to convince them?
Applied online, in person interview at a conference. Got offer 3 weeks later. Very chill interview. Encouraged STAR method for answers to the questions. Lots of questions, probably around 10. No technical questions.

What was one time you had to break safety protocol to solve a problem?
phone screening first, then in-person interview with 2 panelist for an hour. It consists of behavioral questions mainly and some introduction about the company and the team from the interviewer and Q&A at the end.

Describe a time when you asked someone to do something for your favor
it was an wonderful experience, first round was a online assessment then followed by a two day hackathon and after completely the hackathon there will be only one technical interview.
