The hiring process consists of three targeted selection interviews where you are asked a number of questions regarding the specific areas of the applied job. The interviews ask questions that require effective S.T.A.R. responses. A S.T.A.R. response is when you state the specific Situation and or Task, what Actions you took, what were the results from your actions?

Describe a time when you were faced with a stressful situation. How did you react?
Tell me about a time when you made a bad decision. What did you do?
Tell me about a time when you had to go above and beyond your job responsibilities in order to get a job done?
