The process was great, all question was relation with star. The HR department was very professional and give my many opportunities for answer my questions. Very punctuality and organize in the site in Lafayette.

How do you do for improve the security in your job
It is called a STAR interview. When you answer the questions they ask, they want you to answer in a STAR format. Situation Task Action Result. It was pretty nerve wracking, I personally don't like the interviews. It was years ago, I don't know if they still do this kind of interview.
