The interview was solely a phone call as I lived out of state and was applying for a contract position. I talked with the IE manager I would be working under and my contract employer was also on the phone.

They ask you if you like the job, the career that you have studied, they ask you about you competences, qualities, your level of English, how much did you know about the company and whats your goal in the next five years in the company
