Interview
Completed an assessment online and then joined a cycle for training for 5 months before accepting an offer. The cycle training was like school and was unpaid. Upon completion, I was offered a 2-year contract as a developer.
Skill assessment: It require that you take and pass a test that is designed to evaluate the technical abilities required for the job in question.it take 1 hour long, and if you passed, they will call you for in person interview
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Catalyte (Washington, DC) in May 2021
Interview
1 to 2 weeks and will tell you to make your decision quickly. They will bring the joy emails until you see the range of pay and want to talk to discuss and they will not make time. They want people to work for low pay so they can meet annual company revenue targets. They have survived so long because a company who treats its employees like slaves and forces a 2 year contract that they will have to pay Catalyte $25k to get out of it. Don't work here!
Interview process took a week. During the interview, I was asked to briefly explain my weaknesses and strengths. There is an entry exam to take, but havent had a chance to ask my score.
