This is the former Paragon Bioservices facility they bought last year. All they wanted to know is if I would work 100 hours a week. Met with some people who bragged about all the family events they'd skipped for work. I was appalled at the culture and was not willing to work there.

Interview
Recruiter started screening call and arrange possible follow up. Next step was panel interview where I met each panelist separately. The panel debriefed and recruiter connected with me to arrange a follow up and an interview with human resource. Once HR conversation happened and all relevant details were confirmed, it concluded.
