Interview
The process took almost 2 months due to miscommunication between the company and a third-party recruitment company. The process consisted of 2 calls with the recruitment company, 2 calls with Casper Labs and a coding task. The task itself was quite easy, but waited 4 weeks for the feedback. I was asked if I used specific node for communication, because a reviewer could not find it. After I responded that I did, I got rejected without any feedback on the task itself, that was stated that was the reason of the rejection.

Question 1
No actual technical questions, one of the technical interviewers made monologue for about 40 minutes and left the call, hence only the task was the assessment. It required to follow the company’s dev guide to implement and deploy the simplest smart contract, create a node on Validation Cloud and fetch information from the testnet using the node.
