I have been through two interviews, both have been great experiences! First was with an Operations Recruitment Specialists, the second with the District Manager. Both have been very warm and welcoming, making you feel comfortable from start to finish during the interview process.

Most questions are behavioral based assessment questions ranging from "Tell me about a time that you had a conflict with a co-worker or supervisor" to "Tell me about why you've chosen Casey's" to "Why should I choose you over other candidates?"
